Operations Manager

 

Role for a cross discipline, motivated and diligent individual

Initially likely part time


Internal operations manager reporting to CEO, covering internal administrative areas of finance, project control and office management functions. Supported by office apprentice. Role can grow for the right candidate.

 

Roles and responsibilities

Financial:

  • Coordinate day to day financial processing of invoices, bills etc (with Book keeper)
    • Working knowledge of Xero is useful
    • Manage SE grant claim processes
    • SEIS/EIS/EMI/Pension coordination

Project Control / Delivery:

  • Central resource coordination / management (cross dev/consulting)
  • External project resource management – keep us on budget

Office Management:

  • Aid and organise office functions
    • Travel
    • HR/recruitment processes
  • Documentation and processes for Investor communications (mailshots, PoAs etc)
  • Internal event planning/management
